I opened the file with the template link but it doesn't work
When you click on the spreadsheet link in the PDF, you are prompted to create a copy of the spreadsheet. If you are not prompted to create a copy of the spreadsheet after clicking on the spreadsheet link, one of the following problems may have occurred:
Google Account:
To access the links, you must have a Google account, as Google Sheets is a Google service. Make sure you are logged into a Google account before clicking on the links.
Network problems:
Sometimes network problems can prevent links from loading correctly. Make sure you have a stable Internet connection.
If you have tried the above suggestions and are still experiencing difficulties, please contact us for further assistance.
I made a change to my spreadsheet and now an error appears
If you have unintentionally changed the formulas in your spreadsheet, causing malfunctions or error codes, Google Sheets offers a convenient solution to revert to a previous version. This can also be done after closing the browser tab. Here's how to do it:
Open your spreadsheet in Google Sheets.
Click on ‘File’ in the top toolbar.
From the drop-down menu, select ‘Version History’, then choose ‘View Version History’.
A list of previous versions of the spreadsheet will be displayed, organised by date and time.
Browse through these versions to find one in which the spreadsheet works as expected.
Once you have found the correct version, click on it to preview it. If it is the right one, you can restore it by clicking on ‘Restore this version’.
